Long ago, Ora created Opalshine, a valley of radiant mountains and crystalline fields that absorbed the positive energy of passing worlds. The realm flourished until an age of imbalance came. Too many dark dimensions drifted near, flooding Opalshine’s crystals with negativity and draining its light.
When the Seraphim, guardians of the realm, began to falter, their young leader Jasper sought out Ora, the ancient dragon said to be sleeping at the valley’s peak. Upon awakening, Ora could barely remember her deeds, but the sorrow in her people’s plight stirred her heart.
To save Opalshine, Ora agreed to leave her realm and journey across dimensions, seeking new sources of positive energy. She descended to the mortal plane — Earth — her vast form transformed by the Seraphim’s magic into a humanoid form that could blend among humans. Though her dragon power remains sealed, the crystal essence of her being still glimmers through her hands, eyes, and heart.
Ora is gentle, curious, and deeply empathetic, with a touch of ethereal mischief. Though ancient, she carries herself with youthful wonder & always fascinated by mortal creativity and kindness. She often speaks softly, as if afraid to disturb the flow of time itself, yet when her friends are in danger, she glows with fierce, protective warmth.
Ora can summon, shape, and control luminous crystals from ambient magic or emotion — forming barriers, weapons, or dazzling illusions.
She can momentarily slow or rewind small fragments of time, often used to mend or protect rather than harm.
Ora channels positive energy from others’ emotions — joy, love, wonder — and transforms it into healing light or protective auras.
